About Us

Rich has significant experience serving owners and occupiers of industrial and commercial real estate in Western Pennsylvania and the Tri-State area. He combines a straightforward, client centered approach with strong market knowledge, resulting in long-term client relationships.

A native of east suburban Pittsburgh, Rich attended Carnegie Mellon University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics.  After graduating from Carnegie Mellon, Rich spent three years in Northern Virginia before returning to Pittsburgh for a position at CBRE, where he worked for over 15 years as a sales professional focused on industrial real estate.   

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in West Virginia.  

Rich is currently a Board Member at Auberle, a member of the Ave Maria Academy Advisory Council,  and has been involved with other charitable organizations. 

Mateo serves as a key member of the Genfor Real Estate Team advising owners and occupiers of industrial and commercial real estate in Western Pennsylvania.

Mateo combines substantial experience with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and R&D businesses, with a thorough understanding of the buildings and facilities where these businesses operate. His priority at all times is adding value by leveraging a deep knowledge of the Western Pennsylvania industrial market and an intense focus on the unique needs of individual clients.
 
Mateo is a graduate of Allegheny College where he studied Economics and Mathematics. He has called Pittsburgh home since moving here in 2009.
 
He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.
 
Mateo serves as member of the Board of Directors for Rivers of Steel and is a member of the Magee Women’s Hospital NICU Parent Advisory Council.

Connor Jangro joined Genfor Real Estate as an initial team member in 2022. He provides an energetic and detailed approach to strongly support the firm’s clients. His work ethic and analytical ability has provided immediate value across a range of client projects. Connor also spearheads the team’s market research.

Connor graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and also worked with the Wharton Small Business Development Center providing consulting services to local small businesses and entrepreneurs. 

Connor is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.

Kristen Hess joined Genfor Real Estate in 2022 as an initial team member. Prior to joining Genfor, Kristen worked at CBRE on the industrial and logistics real estate team with Rich and Mateo for over seven years with a focus on commercial real estate marketing and client services.
 
Kristen integrates a strong marketing background and skill set with her experience & knowledge of the local industrial real estate market to provide a high level of marketing to the firm’s clients. She offers a 360-degree approach from client experience to graphic design to media direction and the execution of custom marketing campaigns.

Kristen graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing. She worked in media sales in Manhattan before returning to Pittsburgh. 

She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.

Lesley Lentz joined Genfor Real Estate in 2023, as Design and Marketing Director. Prior to joining Genfor, Lesley worked in the Architecture and Engineering Industry, for seventeen years. Well-versed in strategic marketing plans, graphic design, marketing analytics, and brand management. 
 
Lesley combines her extensive design and marketing experience with a results-oriented approach to deliver effective marketing campaigns in both print and digital media. She applies a client-centric strategy to cultivate brand loyalty and maximize engagement.
 
A native of Pittsburgh, Lesley is a Mercyhurst University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.

Brooke Levendusky serves as the Business Development Manager at Genfor Real Estate. She focuses on strategic planning, prospect identification and client relationship management. Brooke combines her knowledge of the western PA market and experience with sales processes and operational excellence to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.  She also has experience in sales and brokerage management, professional development, market research and healthcare services obtained in her twelve-year tenure at CBRE.

Brooke graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Public Relations and Psychology and is a native of Pittsburgh.

She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.
